Fletcher Wheaton started out in real estate by buying and renting investment properties in his hometown of New Orleans, LA in 2008. In 2015, he fell in love with Baja on a real estate scouting trip to Los Cabos and has lived here ever since. He specializes in pre-construction, vacation homes and investment rental properties - he also owns multiple rental properties here in Los Cabos. Fletcher enjoys the outdoors where you can find him mountain biking, fishing or golfing when he isn’t doing real estate.
